Programme

You will join a cohort of 16 senior entrepreneurs, where you will attend half day workshops, in Nelson, once or twice a month. These workshops will be faciliated by subject matter experts, with the content aligned to the needs of a budding entrepreneur. You will also be assigned a mentor who will support you for 9 months during the programme.

During the course of the programme you will also attend five member board meetings, where members can share experiences and learn from each other.

You will need to be allow up to 3 hours per week for this programme.

    • Creating a comprehensive business plan.

    • Establishing operational processes and procedures
  • Financing and Funding:

    • Understanding different sources of financing and funding for new businesses
    • Preparing a pitch and securing investment or financing
    • Managing cash flow and financials for the business
  • Creativity and design thinking

    • Learn methodology and cutting-edge practices to solve problems better.
    • Improvement to customer touchpoints to create a better customer for brand loyalty and ongoing relationships.
